How do you find tenants?

We publish your homes on Bofrid and market them broadly — on Facebook and across the wider internet all over Sweden. We also actively search for and contact tenants that match your homes and get them to apply to your listing.

What information do we get about applicants?

Applicants verify with BankID or another form of ID. Each can share documents such as a credit report, criminal record, pay slip and references. You make your own assessment and decide who to move forward with.

Do we stay in control?

Yes. You review the applicants, get in touch, and choose which tenant you sign with. You also get a direct line to a dedicated marketer and support throughout.

Is there any lock-in?

No lock-in. Since you only pay when you sign a lease, you can try the partnership with no risk and scale at your own pace.
