What does Bofrid cost?
Bofrid is completely free for landlords. Tenants can search and apply for free, and pay a service fee (3.95% - 14.95% based on merit) only when successfully getting a home.
How does the verification work?
We verify users through BankID, ensuring that everyone on the platform is who they claim to be.
