What does it mean?
A balcony is an outdoor space attached to the facade that can be open, glazed, or roofed. In rental apartments, the balcony is included in the lease and the landlord is responsible for maintaining the structure. In housing associations (BRF), the balcony is owned by the association, and modifications like glazing require board approval.
