The moment you choose to view a prospect’s contact details in the service (an "unlock"). A fee applies if you sign a lease with that prospect within six months.

What information do we get about prospects?
Bofrid forwards the contact and gives you a solid starting point. In their profile, the prospect can upload documents such as a credit report, criminal record, income proof and references for you to review. From there, you run your own credit and background checks and decide which prospects to move forward with.
Is there any lock-in?
