I am cohabiting with my partner and am therefore renting out my three-room apartment fully furnished. It is located on the seventh floor with a nice view and a large balcony, just an 8-minute walk from Farsta Centrum and the Green Line metro. The rental period is up to one year from the move-in date, which is as soon as possible, subject to processing time with my landlord. The rent includes electricity and broadband. You will need to arrange your own home insurance separately. If interested, please feel free to write a few lines about yourself, who will be living in the apartment, what you work/study with, and when you/you would like to move in. I also require an employment certificate or equivalent proof of income before signing the agreement.
