Apartment in Malmö, Nordlinds väg – 4 rooms, 86 m²

We're renting out our lovely apartment in Slottstaden we moved abroad job related and we're now looking for new tenants since the current ones plan to move. It is a 4 room apartment, big open kitchen/living room, master bedroom, one smaller bedroom, 1 office space (can be made into a smaller bedroom). Place is fully furnished, we took the bed and a desk. We do have a spare 140 mattress that can be used. A lot of the decoration you see in the images has also gone with us. The apartment is 86 sqm, has a North facing balcony that gets sun in the morning and evening most time of the year. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The building has a shared laundry and shared sauna that can be booked spontaneously. Rent includes all utilities including electricity (up to 350 SEK, we need to talk when it exceeds that regularly). Please tell us a bit about yourself when you apply and feel free to ask questions and I would appreciate if you wrote in English, thank you! We'd appreciate someone who likes plants and wants to take care of them too since we left a few in the apartment. Since we're abroad already it might be hard to accomodate viewings. We'll do our best with the help of the current tenants and friends. We'll be around end of december and can be available end of January for handovers.
