Long-term serious applicants only Move-in from 1 july Here is a bright, furnished and well laid out small apartment (rental part) with a Trinette kitchen in a charming house from the 50s. You have your own entrance and are greeted by a small hall with a coat hanger, your own toilet with sink. There is a spacious wardrobe with a shelf for storage. The shower is located in the basement of the house and is only shared with one other tenant in the house (with lock of course). There you will also find a sauna and relaxation room as well as the common laundry room. It is easy to find laundry time as we are only 14 apartments in the condominium association. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you might need for your own small household. There are two hotplates, small fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. Furnishings: 120 cm bed, bedside table, sturdy small kitchen table, chairs, (possible desk chair), wall-hung shelf and a small rolling table for the microwave and storage. At the back of the house there is our own cozy pine hill with the association's garden furniture and barbecue area to use freely. Good communications with approx. 10 minutes cycling distance to the city and buses at Sommarro station at, among other things. Pizzeria and Sushi. If you have a car, it may be possible to rent a parking space if one is free. With proximity to many of the university's faculties, this is perfect accommodation if you are a student, but it is not a requirement on our part. Rent SEK 5700, no other costs are added (Internet, electricity, water included) in addition to a one-month deposit, which is paid back upon moving out if everything is in order. Permanent contract.
